Here you will find answers to the most important questions about FearCon X Walker Stalker Germany!
1. Day tickets - when can I buy them?
Day tickets can usually be purchased 2 – 3 months in advance through our ticket shop , or directly on site during the event days.
2. Tagestickets – umtauschen?
According to our terms and conditions, we do not accept refunds for tickets. When purchasing, please make sure that your star has a photo session on the day.
Many people buy a cheap day ticket because they think we are a Comic-Con with the same program every day. That is not the case, we are a hotel convention with a different program every day.
3. Ich habe vor, eine Tageskarte und einen Fotogutschein zu kaufen. Wann hat denn mein Star seine Fotosession?
The complete program goes online about 8 weeks in advance. It will then definitely state on which day your star will have his photo session.
4. Kann ich auch ein Autogramm bekommen, wenn ich nicht an der Convention teilnehmen kann?
Yes, of course! That's why we have our Sendin service .
5. Was ist ein Sponsored Guest?
An actor who comes to us on his own account. This means that neither an autograph nor a photo with him is included in any of our tickets and must be purchased separately.
6. Altersnachweis für die Convention
Important for minors who want to attend one of our conventions.
Please bring your ID (ID card or passport) along with the consent form from your legal guardian and your Con confirmation to the Con.
If you buy a ticket on site at the box office, you must also show your ID there and have the consent form with you.

Participation is not possible without these documents!
7. Ich habe eine Behinderung. Bekommt meine Begleitung kostenlos ein Ticket?
That depends on your disability card. If it has a B for accompanying person, your companion will receive a free ticket.
Please send us an email to office@starwalkerevents.com after purchasing your ticket if you would like to register a companion.
8. Will there still be tickets available on site?
Yes. However, if this is not possible for any reason, please keep an eye out for current information on our social media channels.
9.Ticket reissue
If for some reason you are unable to attend a con, it is possible to transfer the ticket to a third party.
Starwalker Events UG is generally unable to take back the ticket. See: Terms and Conditions .
The following applies to ticket transfers: The ticket holder can transfer his ticket to a third party up to approximately 3 weeks before the event. The transfer of the ticket is only valid if this has been registered with the organizer.
To do this, the seller must confirm the transfer of the ticket in writing (email, fax, post). The ticket number, name, email and address of the buyer must be stated.
For each card transfer, a transfer fee of 25 euros is due, and the transfer will only be carried out after receipt of payment.
If the ticket holder has booked additional services in addition to the ticket, only a transfer of all services (entrance ticket, hotel package) is possible. No exceptions will be made!
Winning tickets from a raffle are generally not transferable.
For ticket exchanges on site from 3 weeks before the Con please observe the following rules:
The re-registration is only possible directly at the con.
The following documents are required:
Template confirmation with amount to be paid € 0.00
copy of the seller's ID card
Seller's Power of Attorney
Transfer fee: 25.00 euros
own identity card for the transfer
When purchasing reduced tickets, if you are a Geeks member yourself: present your club ID. (Only Geeks members of FedCon GmbH). Otherwise you have to pay the surcharge for the normal ticket.
Without these documents, a ticket exchange is not possible!
10. Can I return my ticket?
No, according to our terms and conditions this is not possible.
11. Didn't get your ticket?
Please also check your SPAM folder, as many email providers declare attachments as SPAM.
